At Jean Mack, we believe luxury begins the moment you place your order.
Every detail of your shipping experience — from processing to packaging to delivery — is handled with excellence, precision, and intention.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your products are shipped, what to expect, and how we support you throughout the process.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Processing time includes:

  • Quality inspection

  • Order verification

  • Packing and preparation

  • Carrier handoff

During high-volume seasons, holidays, or new launches, processing time may be extended slightly.
Luxury is never rushed — and we ensure every order meets our standard before leaving our facility.

Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Express: 1–2 business days

International Shipping (varies by location)

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 10–18 business days

  • Other Regions: Up to 21 business days

Please note: international shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

  • Package weight

  • Carrier rates

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs department.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to wrong addresses entered by the customer

  • Lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address entry

If you made an error, contact us immediately at support@jeanmack.com.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

If your package is:

Marked Delivered but not received

  • Check with neighbors, leasing office, or household members

  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early)

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Notify us at support@jeanmack.com so we can assist

We will support you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot replace packages marked delivered.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.


7. REFUSED, RETURNED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer

  • Returned to sender

  • Undeliverable due to address errors

…shipping fees will not be refunded, and the order cannot be reshipped without additional postage paid by the customer.

All sales remain final, even if the package is returned to us.


8. PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ITEMS

For pre-order items or products listed with extended processing time:

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on product pages

  • Your full order will ship once all items are available

  • Pre-order timeframes may vary due to production schedules

If you’d like in-stock items to ship sooner, place separate orders.


9. SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, major promo sales), shipping and processing may be extended.
We encourage customers to order early to ensure timely delivery.
